Annika Hart
Organisational Psychologist, Project Manager, Operations Director, HR Manager @Currently freelance/part time/part of the Hoxby Collective/working for myself

An entrepreneurial Operations, People, and Project Manager focused on providing effective solutions for business problems across established organisations and startups.

I get my buzz from cultivating positive, productive and efficient working environments. I am passionate about improving the experience of colleagues and team members through innovative people policies, a supportive management style, and a focus on growth.

While I have always been driven by efficiency and profitability, I feel it is important this is not at the cost of employee wellbeing. I believe that people are a company’s greatest asset, and that investment in people is one of the key drivers of growth and success. I enjoy making a real difference to employee happiness, productivity, and the success of a business.

I am currently studying towards my MSc in Industrial/Organisational and Business Psychology at UCL.
